Product credentials
Products are registered and labelled as required in each market. Where a listing or notification is in place, the number and certificate are available from your advisor on request.
Batch test reports
Heavy metals, pesticide residue and microbiological reports are kept per batch and filed by batch number — ask us and we will send the one for your product.
Sourcing
Key herbs carry their origin, harvest time and processing method; we share origin and batch details so you can verify them.
Service boundaries
Advisors answer product and usage questions. Anything involving diagnosis or medication — including men's health concerns — is handled by a registered TCM practitioner.
